What this calculator does

Given a batch size, a nicotine target, and a PG/VG ratio, E-Liquid Community calculates the planned amounts of nicotine base, flavoring, diluent, PG, and VG — in mL, grams, drops, or percent. It's a planning tool for adults who already mix; it sells nothing and recommends nothing.

Core formulas

  • Nicotine mL = target strength × batch mL ÷ base strength.
  • Flavor and diluent mL = batch mL × entered percentage.
  • PG/VG to add = target carrier amounts − PG/VG already supplied.

Carrier assumptions

The PG/VG target applies to the non-diluent portion. Mixed flavor carriers count as 50/50 PG/VG; Unknown counts as PG. Use the labeled carrier whenever available.

Densities and measurement

Defaults are PG 1.036, VG 1.260, diluent 1.000, and flavor 1.000 g/mL. Change them under Advanced. Drops are estimates; measure only to your equipment's resolution and verify nicotine math independently.

Safety notes

Concentrated nicotine is toxic and must be handled with gloves and eye protection, stored securely, and kept away from children and pets. Label every bottle. Double-check every calculation independently before mixing — this tool helps you plan, but you are responsible for what you mix and for complying with your local laws.
